Footings & Framing
Footings are set and the porch structure is framed to code.
Roof Coordination

Our Approach to Porches
A porch has to read as part of the original home, not an addition bolted onto it — we match trim profiles, column style, and paint sheen to the existing exterior wherever possible.
Proper footings and framing matter more on a covered porch than they might appear to from the outside, since the structure carries roof load in addition to foot traffic.
We prep and paint porch trim and ceilings the same way we prep any exterior surface — scraping, priming, and caulking — since porches take direct weather exposure.
