Our Approach to Bathroom Remodels
Bathrooms deal with more moisture than any other room, so wall prep matters: moisture-resistant board and proper tile waterproofing in wet zones aren't optional steps for us.
We generally recommend a satin or semi-gloss paint finish for bathroom walls and ceilings, since it holds up better to humidity and is easier to wipe down than a flat finish.
We coordinate closely with whoever is handling plumbing, electrical, or fixtures so the schedule stays on track from demo to final walkthrough.
