Walkthrough & Estimate
We assess the space, discuss layout and use, and provide a free written estimate.
Moisture Check & Prep
We confirm the space is dry and ready to finish before framing begins — moisture issues get addressed first, not covered up.
Frame the Layout
New walls are framed to the approved plan, including any door and window openings.
Insulate & Close Walls
Insulation and vapor barrier go in where needed, then drywall is hung, taped, and finished.
Flooring & Paint
Flooring suited to the space goes down, followed by interior painting and trim.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished space with you and handle any touch-ups before calling the job complete.
Our Approach to Basement Finishing
Basements bring moisture considerations that other rooms don't — we confirm the space is dry and address any water issues before framing goes up, rather than finishing over a problem.
Framing in a basement often works around existing mechanicals, so we plan wall placement to keep access to panels, shutoffs, and equipment while still maximizing usable space.
We select flooring and wall materials suited to below-grade conditions, since a basement floor plan that looks right on paper can fail quickly if the materials aren't right for the environment.
